Our Lemon Crumble is a sweet, soft, wonderfully tart lemon bar. Made with our signature shortbread crust, a thick, sweet and tart layer of lemon jam in the middle, all tucked in by a subtle streusel-like crumb topping and a light glaze. The perfect lemon bar for dessert, snack, or an any-time treat!
Our 3ct dessert bars can be enjoyed at room temperature for 21 days and our individually wrapped bars for 30 days. All Ethel's products can be frozen for up to 6 months.
